Balsamic Pork Chops
Stole this from The Dinner Daily, a shopping-list and meal-planner company with some inexplicable recipes as samples. This one is good, though.
2 lbs pork chops
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tbs olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp salt
1. Preheat ove to 350
2. Place pork in baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and spread over pork, turning to coat.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning over halfway through, until no longer pink inside. (Allegedly; I usually have to cook it for 15-20 minutes for each side.)
